#HiFiVE Fall Challenge

Fall for Pilates + Tread in 50 Days!

October 1st – November 20th


TPB is challenging you to work, work, work until Turkey Day! Our 50 day, attendance-based challenge will carve your core and more with instructor coaches and five key focuses to help improve your workouts! Once you’re signed up, you’ll be placed on a team led by TPB instructors to help keep you focused and dedicated. Teams will be competing against each other based on collective team attendance. The winning team from each studio (Southlake, Highland Village, UP 2.0, Tread and Devonshire) will receive a #HiFIVE Anniversary tank of their choice!

Throughout the challenge, we’ll be focusing on Form (Oct 1-10), Breath (Oct 11-20), Pace (Oct 21-30), Transitions (Oct 31-Nov 9) and Advancement (Nov 10-20). More information on each will come from your coaches!

Teams will be drafted before the first day of the challenge, kicking off October 1st. Sign up at the front desk of any studio or by emailing social@thepilatesbarre.com before September 26th to join a team!
