The PilatesBarre helps people in the DFW Metroplex become fit, look and feel better, and gain confidence in a fun, upbeat and supportive atmosphere.

FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE – DALLAS STUDIOS

Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients when they call or visit the studio by being friendly, approachable and enthusiastic
  • Assist with client questions and concerns while utilizing resourcefulness and business acumen to accomplish duties
  • Answer phones and handle calls in a professional manner
  • Pull client sign up sheets prior to session
  • Check in clients when they arrive for session
  • Identify “no-shows” and ensure their account is updated to reflect the no-show
  • Ensure used towels and picked up and clean towels are replenished throughout shift
  • Assist the Studio management in daily studio tasks and projects

Job Requirements:

  • Energetic, postitive, friendly, caring
  • Front desk experience preferably developed from a spa, fitness center, or personal services establishment
  • Ability to work early mornings, evenings and weekends
  • A schedule flexible enough to accommodate change
  • Interest in Pilates or personal fitness
  • Passion for health and well-being
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to initiate tasks and perform duties without direction
  • Communication skills and proficiency working with a wide range of personalities and clientele
  • Outstanding customer service and problem solving skills
  • Friendly and professional phone and email etiquette
