Meghann is known for pushing her students, she knows what kind of instruction they need to reach the next level. She does this by having something new to teach each class and making it digestible for both first-time students and veterans of The PilatesBarre. She is the perfect instructor for both advanced and beginner level students, as she knows every detail of each move and position.

Meghann was born and raised in Ft. Lauderdale, FL and moved to Dallas, TX in pursuit of her business degree from Southern Methodist University (SMU). From an early age, Meghann was on the move – dancing, tumbling, and playing tennis. However, Meghann's true passion for fitness developed during her years at SMU, where she was exposed to numerous activities and exercises that would begin to transform her life.

Post-graduation, Meghann pursued a career in corporate marketing and recruiting, but after a couple of years, Meghann knew that the "spark" was missing and decided to follow her passion for fitness, specifically, Pilates.

Meghann completed the Stott Pilates training in Dallas, New York, and Miami. Through her extensive, contemporary training, Meghann gained the critical knowledge to ensure proper form is achieved by all her clients. She has also learned how to create proper modifications to work around injuries and body constraints.

With her lifelong passion for Pilates, and after meeting Lauren, starting The PilatesBarre organically happened. Meghann appreciates the links between traditional Pilates exercises and resistance training in a group setting with amped-up music! To say that music is a passion of Meghann's is an understatement. She is constantly on the search for the latest and greatest playlists to keep up the BEAT in her energetic classes and take your ability to the next level!

Emily was born and raised in Dallas where she attended Highland Park High School. She graduated from Ole Miss with a degree in Hospitality Management. She enjoys getting to know our clients at The PilatesBarre and wants to inspire others by sharing fitness tips, healthy recipes, favorite workout music, and motivational quotes.

In her free time, Emily enjoys cooking, going on walks, taking classes at The PilatesBarre and spending time with family and friends. Emily always loves how energetic, healthy, and strong she feels after her workout at The PilatesBarre.

Brenna grew up in Dallas where she attended Highland Park High School and then went on to graduate from The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Kinesiology and Health. With her major in Exercise Science and minor in Biology, Brenna loves learning about the body and the effects of working out!

Brenna started Pilates four years ago hoping to heal a nagging running injury, little did she know she would become hooked! After moving back to Dallas, from Austin, she fell in love with The PilatesBarre. She loves the unique resistance training exercises, combined with the upbeat music and enthusiastic instructors.

Brenna is so excited to start her new journey in such a positive environment surrounded by friendly and healthy people!

Shelby is a Dallas native who recently graduated from The University of Oklahoma with a BFA in Modern Dance Performance. Growing up as a gymnast and a dancer, fitness and movement have played a major role in her lifestyle.

Her Pilates journey began, in college, as a supplemental exercise to prevent her from getting injured while dancing. After moving back home to Dallas, she found The PilatesBarre and hasn't looked back. She loves the combination of the cardio in TreadBarre + the toning in Pilates and how well they transform and energize your body.
Now as an instructor, Shelby is thrilled to integrate her outgoing personality and knowledge of the body into her classes!

Outside of The PilatesBarre, Shelby loves puns, video production, ice cream, and making her friends laugh.

Cayla was born and raised in Southern California before moving to Dallas to pursue degrees in Corporate Communications and Spanish at SMU. She has always enjoyed personal fitness, but had a hard time finding a program she could fall in love with. It wasn't until Cayla was introduced to The PilatesBarre, with a membership gift from her sister-in-law, that she found a workout she could get hooked on. She's been devoted ever since!

After nearly three years of experiencing the transforming effects of pilates herself, Cayla is so excited to begin her journey as an instructor alongside such a talented and motivating team. She cannot wait to help others on their fitness journeys, no matter how experienced or new to pilates they might be. With toning, strength training, flexibility and cardio, she believes The PilatesBarre has something to offer everyone seeking a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

Outside of exercising, Cayla loves cooking, traveling, going to concerts, and spending time with her hubby and best friends. In her classes, you can expect a challenging mix of exercises set to an awesome playlist that will have you motivated and energized!

Aimee grew up in the Dallas area. She graduated from Baylor University with a major in psychology and a business minor. After college, Aimee pursued a career in pharmaceuticals and also designs her own denim line.  Inspired by fashion and a healthy lifestyle, Pilates became a new challenge for her.  She began practicing Pilates because it complimented her running by strengthening her core.  Aimee is an avid marathon runner and is training for her 6th marathon.  When she is not running around White Rock Lake, she is at The PilatesBarre to help her with strength training and injury prevention.

Aimee loves to laugh and when you see her she will most likely have a smile on her face.  She wants to encourage people to push themselves to levels they never knew possible.  Her playlist consists of upbeat and hip hop music. Expect to be motivated and have fun!

Lindsey was born and raised in Dallas and graduated from Highland Park High School, where she was a cheerleader and also competed with Cheer Athletics for five years. Lindsey went on to college at LSU, but missed Dallas and transferred to SMU to continue her studies. She found The PilatesBarre shortly after they opened and was hooked!

When you sign up for Lindsey's classes, expect a motivating and energizing playlist that will get you through an amazing workout!

Lindsey loves to scuba dive, spend time with her two black labs, any adventure outside, and of course, Pilates.

Originally from Connecticut, Kathleen moved to Dallas in high school. She earned her teaching degree and masters from Southern Methodist University. Throughout her life, Kathleen has been both fascinated and energized by exercise and fitness. A long time runner, she has completed several marathons including her favorite, The New York Marathon. She also practices yoga and Pilates to keep her body balanced, strong and injury free.

More recently, after discovering the methods of The PilatesBarre, she was amazed by the results. The combination of resistance training, Pilates and cardio was perfect, and she could not wait to teach it to others. As a client first, Kathleen understands the importance of a fun upbeat class with great energy and music. She is excited to merge her passion for teaching with her love of fitness as she joins The PilatesBarre team.

Rachel grew up in Dallas graduating from Southern Methodist University with a degree in Corporate Communications, Public Affairs, and Adult Abnormal Psychology. Rachel was a competitive cheerleader for 9 years so her outgoing and energetic personality is a great fit when leading her clients through challenging Pilates exercises!

 As a medical professional, Rachel understands the importance of staying fit and eating healthy. Her love of health and wellness lead her to The PilatesBarre a year ago after searching for a new workout method that would challenge and transform her body. She quickly fell in love with the Pilatesbody workouts! Rachel loves sharing her own personal experience with The PilatesBarre to her clients to continue to encourage and motivate them!

 When you attend Rachel’s class you can expect high energy, innovative exercises, and a rockin’ play list! When Rachel is not teaching pilates, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, baking, and painting!

Alex was raised in Plano, Texas where she graduated from Plano West Senior High School. After earning her degree in Business Administration at the University of Southern California, she moved back to Dallas to begin a career in corporate finance. Having always been active, growing up dancing and trying all different sorts of workouts, Alex decided to leave the corporate world in search of a more balanced, healthy lifestyle. She began working toward her Master's degree in Education at SMU and taking classes at The PilatesBarre in the same month, and quickly fell in love with the method and amazing results it achieves.

 She is enthusiastic about sharing her passion for Pilates with others and helping clients reach their individual fitness goals. Alex loves how strong, lean, and accomplished she feels after each class, and can't wait to share that feeling with others. Alex is currently a seventh grade math teacher, and in her free time she loves spending time with her family and friends, cooking, cheering on her USC Trojans, and, of course, taking classes at The PilatesBarre.

Angela grew up in Irving, TX and graduated from University of North Texas. She was an elementary school teacher for 17 years. Angela currently lives in Highland Village with her husband, Phil, and their 4 children. They stay quite busy attending the kid’s football, basketball, baseball and soccer games. 

She began her love of health and fitness in high school. She was a cheerleader and soon developed a passion for running, strength training and healthy eating. 

She was introduced to The PilatesBarre through friends and was encouraged to come take a class. She was instantly drawn to the workout and started noticing results of muscle definition and flexibility within weeks. And the best part was the high-energy music, lots of variety and the high calorie burn! 

Angela believes The PilatesBarre is for everyone! The classes build strength, confidence, discipline and great relationships with others in the community. 

When you come take her class, be prepared for her to want to know more about you! She will encourage you to push to your working zone and break through new barriers. Expect her to meet you where you are in your fitness level and challenge you with positive encouragement. Her music will drive you and she will help you to become the best YOU!!

Abby grew up in Sugar Land, Texas where she trained in dance for over 14 years.  She graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and began her career in Houston.  It was there she met and married her husband, Trent, and moved to Flower Mound to start a family. When she is not working out or teaching classes, Abby and Trent enjoy spending time with their 3 children, Elizabeth, Drew and Wade and are very active in each of their sports and dance activities.   

Abby has always nurtured a passion for fitness, becoming interested in strength training and the importance of properly engaging the body’s core for all of life’s activities. When looking for something new to add to her workout routine, she decided to try a class at The PilatesBarre and instantly fell in love with the challenging classes, inviting studio atmosphere, and great results.

Abby is thrilled to become a part of this great group of instructors and hopes to inspire clients to feel strong and confident about themselves, while having fun!  When taking her class, expect to be pushed to your maximum potential and inspired by her upbeat playlists and positive energy.

Suzanne was born and raised in Dallas, TX. She is currently in her final year at the University of North Texas pursuing a degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences with a minor in Health Promotion. Suzanne was an avid BMX rider and also distance cycled for many years until she discovered The PilatesBarre, a year and a half ago. She became hooked on the energizing workout it provided and the help it provided with the reversal of past injuries she sustained. 

Suzanne has always had a passion for healthy living through cooking, exercise and overall happiness. In her free time she enjoys going on walks with her dog, trying new creative clean recipes, watching hockey and baseball, and Pilates.

Suzanne is so excited to start a new path as an instructor at The PilatesBarre and looks forward to helping each individual client with his or her goals. Suzanne always strives to try new interesting things to stay active and meet new people. She hopes to provide an energizing and motivating class to every client and impact their fitness goals in the best way possible. You'll never see her without a smile on her face and she's eager to spread the word about Pilates classes and the benefits of an awesome workout!

Melissa grew up in the Dallas area, then moved to East Texas during high school. She graduated from Stephen F. Austin with a degree in Marketing. She has always been passionate about health, fitness and nutrition. After having a baby and leaving corporate America, she decided to follow her passion for fitness and nutrition and help others reach their health and fitness goals. Melissa went back to school to become a Holistic Health Coach, Master Sports Nutritionist and Certified Personal Trainer.

 Melissa is an avid runner and has completed 7 marathons, including 2 Boston Marathons. Melissa started as a student at The PilatesBarre to compliment her running, strengthen her core and “other muscles she didn’t know she had.” She quickly fell in love with the new challenge she experienced at The PilatesBarre.

 Melissa is excited to work with others, by pushing them outside of their comfort zone, while motivating & helping them to reach their health and fitness goals.

Meredith was born and raised in Fremont, NE and moved to Dallas after graduating from the University of Kansas. After several years of working in communications and public relations, she was determined to find a more exciting and fulfilling career.

Meredith began working at an athletic clothing store and was introduced to The PilatesBarre. Shortly thereafter, attending classes at The PilatesBarre a few times a week was no longer enough, Meredith decided to become an instructor.

After experiencing the amazing strength building, and toning, that comes from The PilatesBarre method on her own body, Meredith is excited to introduce the method to others and see their transformations as well. In her classes you will always be greeted with a warm, positive attitude and have fun pushing yourself to your maximum potential while burning calories in her energetic classes!

Lynnz is from De Soto, Tx but graduated from Arlington Lamar. Right out of High school she started doing modeling and fitness modeling for Altus Athletics. Lynnz played soccer and softball in High school and has always been very active. She loves running and weight training but has found that doing Pilates has leaned her out and transformed her body in the best way!

Lynnz recently got married in January and has 3 kids. They all took her love for soccer and her weekends are consumed watching them play.

Her favorite exercise is Ice Breaker, steam and as much as it hurts bungee kicks!

Lauren was born and raised in the Dallas area where she attended Highland Park High School. She graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Education and went on to obtain her Masters in Counseling from SMU. Anyone that knows her would describe her as energetic, caring, and passionate.

This will be her 3rd year practicing her favorite form of working out: Pilates. Besides Pilates, Lauren loves to run and has completed numerous half marathons. She loves being constantly stimulated by new routines and challenging resistance training exercises, which is why she claimed The PilatesBarre as her home. Lauren is ecstatic about joining such an uplifting, talented, and inspiring teaching team and cannnot wait to meet all of her new clients.

Besides working out, Lauren loves teaching, healthy cooking, coffee, and hanging out with her husband and two dogs. When you sign up for her class, expect 90’s music and a killer playlist to get you pumped up and ready for a life-changing workout.

Paige has valued fitness and exercise for its physical and mental attributes her entire life. She enjoys running, yoga, group fitness, and of course, classes at The PilatesBarre. Proper fitness fundamentals, form, and practice were engrained in Paige at an early age with her mother owning an aerobic studio.

Curious about The PilatesBarre, and looking for something new to add to her normal routine, Paige took a few classes at The PilatesBarre and was hooked! Taking full advantage of her membership, she started attending classes every day. Each routine has something new to offer and you become stronger after every class. Now as an instructor, Paige incorporates what she has learned from others, and instructor training, to create challenging classes with upbeat music and constant variety.

Whitney was born and raised in the western suburbs of Chicago. She came to Dallas to attend Southern Methodist University, where she graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Markets & Culture.

Whitney has a true passion for living a healthy lifestyle. She has enjoyed running for many years and found The PilatesBarre when she was looking for a fun way to strength train to prevent injury. She instantly became addicted. Whitney is extremely eager to share her love for Pilates, with her new clients, and get them as excited about the workout as she is.

In her free time, Whitney loves to run the Katy trail, brunch with her friends, find creative and healthy recipes, and watch old movies.

Lauren is a perfect mix of California and Texas. Living in both states let her experience the best from both, though she ended up choosing Dallas as her home in the end. A mother of three, Lauren is known for her fun presence and is always ready for a good joke. Lauren especially loves interacting with her students and creating a light-hearted, fun, and focused class environment.

Raised in Minneapolis, she went on to graduate from the University of Illinois with a BA in English and then received her MBA from Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA.

Shortly after relocating to Dallas, Lauren met Meghann. They each had their own idea of opening their own Pilates studios.  Lauren and Meghann decided to join forces and The PilatesBarre was created.

Lauren loves teaching at The PilatesBarre because she gets to meet so many clients and hear their success stories.

After spending time living in Ohio, Iowa and Pennsylvania, Karen is proud to call Texas home. With undergraduate and graduate degrees in education, along with 20 years of classroom experience, teaching is a natural fit for Karen.

She is the proud mother of two grown children and one teenager. When she is not at The PilatesBarre, Karen enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and doing volunteer work.

Possessing a passion for all things fitness, Karen loves the way The PilatesBarre method gives her a full body workout, and with the routines constantly changing, her body gets the challenge it needs. She is excited to show clients of all ages that physical fitness and vitality can be achieved at any stage of life!

Kelsey grew up in Plano, Texas and graduated from Prestonwood Christian Academy. She was a competitive cheerleader for seven years, both at her high school as well as at Spirit of Texas. After graduating, she went to college and cheered at Southern Methodist University and graduated with degrees in Public Relations and International Studies.

After a friend recommended The PilatesBarre four years ago, Kelsey took her very first Pilates class and immediately loved it! She loved how she could take the strength and flexibility she gained from years of cheerleading and use it to tone her body with the challenging workouts on the barreformer. With her classes, she looks forward to helping her clients become stronger, healthier, and more confident after their workouts.

Erin was raised in North Texas before she went off to the University of Oklahoma where she graduated with a degree in Nutritional Sciences. She currently practices as a Registered and Licensed Dietitian in Dallas, Texas. She has always had a passion for health and wellness and knows how important fitness is to reach our overall health goals.

Erin began taking Pilates at The PilatesBarre to supplement her half Ironman triathlon training and was hooked! She loved the high energy music and noticed how Pilates helped improve her core strength and overall muscle tone. She continued taking classes after her half Ironman triathlon race and continues to use it as a way to mix up her workouts between running, weight training, and cycling.

Erin is excited to help clients reach their health and fitness goals through The PilatesBarre's challenging but rewarding, energetic workout.

Cheryl is a native to Flower Mound, Texas where she grew up and attended Marcus High School followed by the University of North Texas. Cheryl graduated from nursing school to then pursue a career in trauma/critical care nursing. Discovering The PilatesBarre has enabled her to encourage wellness in and outside of the hospital. She currently works as a nurse and enjoys taking an active role in her community and spending time with her family. Cheryl credits The PilatesBarre with transforming her from the inside out, helping her to strengthen and lengthen muscles while encouraging focus and confidence in ones’ self. She loves introducing new clients to The PilatesBarre with high energy, music and fun.

Cheryl currently resides in Argyle, Texas with her husband Matt and their children Preston, Cooper and Georgia Grace.

Molly is originally from the Chicago area but has called Southlake, Texas home now for the past 11 years. She is a former Special Education teacher and group fitness instructor. She began her fitness career teaching many different classes from kickboxing to body sculpting. A fitness enthusiast herself, she keeps herself busy not only in PilatesBarre classes but anywhere she can get in a good sweat! It was after her first class at The PliatesBarre than she realized the amazing body changing results that could happen in this workout. She was hooked and wanted to share her passion by becoming an instructor. She pays close attention to form and makes sure each client feels challenged and motivated in her classes.

In her free time she loves spending time with her family, traveling, outdoor activities, walking her dog, and watching movies on the couch.

Born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Morgan attended the University of Arkansas on a soccer scholarship and graduated with a degree in marketing. A multi-sport athlete in her youth, Morgan has always had a passion for sports and fitness. She's enjoyed a variety of exercise programs over the years, but nothing has given her the fulfillment and the results that The PilatesBarre and The TreadBarre classes have provided. Morgan has been a devoted client of The Pilatesbarre since 2013 and she is thrilled to join such a fun, positive and uplifting team of instructors!
 
A financial analyst by day, Morgan resides in Dallas with her husband and their rescue dog, Maddie. When she is not at The PilatesBarre, she enjoys traveling, watching sports, cooking and spending time with her friends and family.

Originally from Chicago, Sarah came to Dallas six years ago to start school at Southern Methodist University. She graduated in 2014 with a degree in accounting, and began taking The PilatesBarre classes after a knee injury from running. She realized how strong she was becoming, and soon started taking several classes per week. She loved how The PilatesBarre increased her speed and endurance, changing her body and making her an overall better runner.

In her free time Sarah loves to travel, spend time with friends, try new foods, and explore different kinds of workout classes. Sarah loves to learn and share new tips on fitness and is excited to start teaching and empowering others at The PilatesBarre.

Kati grew up in West Virginia but relocated to the DFW area after meeting her husband at WVU. For eight years Kati has been busy as a stay-at-home mom raising two children but has always made fitness a priority. With a background in cheer, dance and tumbling, she is always looking for new challenging ways to stay fit while having fun. That's how she lucked into finding The PilatesBarre. Kati attending class at The PilatesBarre the first week it opened in Southlake and quickly became hooked! She loved how she became stronger after each class and looked forward to her next. She began to noticed a huge difference in not only her muscle tone and flexibility, but her overall confidence.
Kati is thrilled to be a part of such a motivating and upbeat team at TPB! She hopes to pass along the passion she has found for The PilatesBarre to others in her classes and to have them leave each time feeling a little more confident in themselves as well. In her classes, she loves playing fun throwback 90s pop music mixed in with some hip hop. When she's not at The PilatesBarre she's busy being a mom running around to dance classes and sporting events. She also loves taking occasional trips with her husband, Mountaineer football, and painting with friends (and wine!).

Originally from Memphis, TN, Mollie recently moved back to Dallas after living in Boston, NYC, and southern CT after college. She graduated from SMU with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Business. After spending years in the commercial real estate industry, she craved more mind/body balance and decided to follow her passion for nutrition and fitness by attending the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, becoming a Holistic Health Coach and also training to become a Pilates instructor. She discovered The PilatesBarre on her second day back in Dallas and since has been hooked on the fun, high-energy workout that combines her love of the strengthening and toning methods of Pilates with cardio and awesome tunes.

Mollie loves how The PilatesBarre and TreadBarre classes challenge her to exceed her expectations, and she leaves class feeling strong, centered and energized. She is excited to motivate her clients to achieve their wellness and fitness goals and push beyond. She loves sharing her holistic approach to a healthy life with nutrition tips, recipes and her knowledge of essential oils. Kelly

Kelly grew up in central Nebraska. He graduated from the University of Nebraska with a degree in communications and a minor in marketing/management. After college, Kelly pursed a career in retail management and then followed his passion for the arts in a career in recruitment and management in higher education. Today, Kelly’s love of helping others has lead him to a combination of careers in financial planning, health, and fitness. 
 
Kelly loves any form of fitness!  He believes our bodies are fascinating temples that need to be honored by taking care of them through a healthy diet and a regular fitness routine. On a weekly basis, one can find him in a TTB class, lifting weights at the gym and biking or running around White Rock Lake or Katy Trail. One of Kelly’s proudest accomplishments in fitness was when he completed his first marathon in 2014, the Big Sur International Marathon.
 
Kelly’s contagious personality and willingness to excel in everything speaks volumes for his demeanor. He is easily one of the most enthusiastic and positive individual others will have the pleasure of meeting. He will challenge you to push yourself with constant motivation and a high energy class.

Chantel

Chantel was born and raised in Gulfport, Mississippi where she developed a love and passion for water and fitness. She graduated from the University of Alabama. After working in Chapel Hill, NC Chantel relocated to Dallas and was looking for a new exercise routine. That’s when she fell in love with The PilatesBarre. Chantel loves the diversity of the workouts and the amazing results from combining The PilatesBarre and Treadbarre classes.

Chantel is excited to help clients reach their own goals through fun, challenging workouts at The PilatesBarre.

Kristine

Originally from Los Angeles, California, Kristine came to Dallas six years ago to start school at Southern Methodist University. She graduated in 2015 with a degree in Real Estate Finance. After college, Kristine pursued a career in Finance and spent her time out of the office exploring different types of group fitness classes where she came across The PilatesBarre and The TreadBarre. Kristine loves combining cardio at TTB with the strengthening and toning at TPB.

When Kristine is not working out, she enjoys spending time with friends, keeping up with current events in the news and the latest fashion trends. Kristine is inspired by fitness and a healthy lifestyle and she is excited to join The PilatesBarre team and start helping others achieve their fitness goals.
