If you just learned that SculptHouse Dallas has closed its Inwood Village studio, you are not alone — and your routine does not have to skip a beat. The space on West Lovers Lane is becoming a new women’s-only weightlifting concept this fall, which means the Megaformer-plus-treadmill format so many Dallas clients loved is no longer available there.

Here is the good news: The PilatesBarre has been pairing cardio and Pilates strength training in Dallas since 2011, and our Devonshire studio at 5425 W Lovers Ln is just minutes from Inwood Village. If you loved the SculptHouse format, you already love the way we train.

The closest thing to your old routine — TreadBarre

TreadBarre is a 50-minute class that alternates running cardio intervals on our Woodway 4Front treadmills with Pilates strength training using our Pilates chair, springboard, free weights, and resistance bands. If your favorite part of your old routine was moving between the treadmill and strength work, TreadBarre will feel like coming home — heart rate up, muscles firing, and a coach guiding every interval.

Prefer low-impact cardio? Try StrideBarre

StrideBarre swaps the sprints for power walking on our Woodway 4Front treadmills — weighted vests encouraged — paired with the same Pilates strength training. It is joint-friendly, seriously effective, and a favorite for anyone who wants results without the pounding.

Craving slow, controlled resistance work? BarreFormer Pilates

If the resistance-based, low-impact side of your old workout was your favorite, BarreFormer Pilates delivers it. This 50-minute Pilates-inspired workout on our custom-built BarreFormers uses wrist weights, ankle weights, Bala weighted bars, and Bala rings to build strength, stability, and definition with slow, controlled movement.

Why former SculptHouse clients feel at home here

  • Same neighborhood. Our Devonshire studio in Dallas is minutes from Inwood Village, and our University Park studio at 6815 Hillcrest Ave is close to SMU, Highland Park, and Park Cities.
  • Same training philosophy. Cardio intervals plus strength training in an efficient 50-minute class — we have refined this format for 15 years as the first group Pilates fitness studio in Dallas.
  • Comfortable room temperature. No heat, on purpose — we train for strength, form, and results.
  • Boutique experience. Small classes, hands-on coaching, and a community that notices when you are missing.
