Group Fitness Instructor

Group Fitness Instructor.

Our instructors are the reason clients keep coming back. They are not “leading a class.” They are building a room — choosing the music, reading the energy, knowing which client needs a cue and which client needs to be left alone, holding bodies through 50 of the most intentional minutes of their week.

You are teaching one or more of BarreFormer Pilates (Balance + Burn), TreadBarre (Sprint + Sculpt), or StrideBarre (Walk + Work) — all 50 minutes, all on our equipment, all signature to The PilatesBarre. You will be trained by us, certified through our in-house program (tuition-based — you invest in the training, we invest in you once you’re on the schedule), and supported by a team that has been teaching Pilates in Dallas since 2011.

We are looking for movers, athletes, dancers, runners, and longtime Pilates students who want to teach. You do not need to already be certified — you need to be coachable, hungry, and ready to invest in the work.
