Walk + Work
Our Walk + Work class burns major calories by increasing inclines and testing endurance! StrideBarre also incorporates Pilates-inspired strength training like our Sprint + Sculpt classes, using our Pilates chair, springboard + weights.

Sprint + Sculpt
Sprint + Sculpt classes combine interval cardiovascular treadmill work with Pilates-based resistance training using Pilates chairs, resistance bands, and weights! Work up a serious sweat in this class great for runners and non-runners alike.

Now as an instructor, Vianey is excited to help others achieve their own physical goals, be it through cardio at The TreadBarre or by focusing on the toning aspects of The PilatesBarre. Vianey brings her Mexican heritage into the classes through her music and energetic personality. Jessie enjoys helping people to reach their fitness goals and challenging others to find new limits. When she is not teaching at The PilatesBarre, she enjoys working from her home office, cooking and traveling. Jessa SJessa has grown up living an active lifestyle playing all kinds of sports. A former SMU distance runner(PONY UP!), she fell in love with the heart pumping TreadBarre workouts as well as the full body muscle strength that only comes from a BarreFormer Pilates class! Exercise has been a way for Jessa to mentally work through and overcome life challenges and dark days, and it’s her joy to offer that space for other people. We leave here stronger than when we arrived!
