Born and raised in the Dallas area, Abbi was first introduced to The PilatesBarre in 2016 and has loved the studio, workouts, and The PilatesBarre culture since! After graduating from Baylor University and moving back to Dallas a couple years later, she returned to The PilatesBarre, as she felt the difficulty of workout is unmatched in the industry. As a prior dancer, Abbi looked for upbeat music while working out and exercises focusing on toning and strengthening her body. She believes The PilatesBarre and TreadBarre are the perfect combination for this. Abbi is excited to share her passion with clients through being an instructor!

In her classes, you can expect upbeat music, pop and hip-hop remixes, and a positive environment. Abbi tries to make each class a fun experience, while getting a GREAT workout in. Her favorite types of exercises are those focusing on midline core and inner thighs. Abbi can’t wait to see you in her class!
