Gracie is a Dallas native and after years of attending The PilatesBarre has officially become an instructor! Gracie has always been interested in health and fitness, and she is living out her fitness dreams at The PilatesBarre. She loves the community that The PilatesBarre provides and doesn’t mind the toned results either. The PilatesBarre offers so many classes that align with her fitness goals of sweating it out in a motivational way! A fun fact about Gracie is that she studied music in college and is always curating her next pilates playlist. Music is so vital to Pilates and Tread classes, and with Gracie, you can expect your work out to fly by because music is therapy, especially when your sprinting it out! In her classes, you can expect positive energy along with a great burn to boost mental and physical strength.
