Fitness has always been part of Jaye’s life. She was an avid swimmer and runner in high school and discovered group fitness and outdoor cycling in college. At every stage of her life she has made fitness a priority and loves to help others see the benefits of doing just that.

Although Jaye was raised in San Antonio she always knew Dallas felt like home. After graduating from Texas A&M University she decided to make the move. Shortly after, she discovered The PilatesBarre and hasn’t stopped talking about it since. Jaye loves that the classes are always a little different and that you can get a mix of cardio through TreadBarre and toning and strengthening with BarreFormer Pilates. It was this continued love of the classes and the community that made her want to be an Instructor.
