Jordan has been taking classes at The PilatesBarre since it first opened and has a passion for fitness that inspired her to become an instructor. Throughout the years she has fallen in love with the instructors and clients at The PilatesBarre which led her to officially join the team!
Her favorite exercises are side-lying series, feet in straps, and burning out with the green band. In her classes you can expect a variety of fun music ranging from throwbacks to current top hits as well as a strong workout, targeting specific muscle groups. One of the most important things Jordan values as an instructor is creating a good flow throughout her classes, keeping constant motivation, and adding in modifications and challenges to meet you where you are at and keep you on your toes – you’ll never be bored!
