Shelby is a Dallas native who graduated from The University of Oklahoma. Her Pilates journey began in college, as a supplemental exercise to prevent her from getting injured while dancing. After moving back home to Dallas, she found The PilatesBarre and hasn’t looked back.
Growing up as a gymnast and a dancer, fitness and movement have played a major role in her lifestyle. She loves the combination of the cardio in TreadBarre + the toning in PilatesBarre and how well they transform and energize your body.
Now as an instructor, Shelby integrates her outgoing personality and knowledge of the body into each of her classes!
Outside of The PilatesBarre, Shelby loves puns, video production, ice cream, and making her friends laugh.
