Whether you’re sculpting on our exclusive BarreFormer or sprinting at TreadBarre, we are always Pilates-inspired with an extra kick of cardio. We train. We tone. We Tread. With classes 30, 45 or 50 minutes long, there’s always time for YOU time at The PilatesBarre.

In our BarreFormer Pilates classes, our exclusive BarreFormer machine was designed in house to optimize muscle toning in a low-impact manner, protecting joints while pushing your body to its limits. It’s one-of-a-kind and built to give you the most efficient range of motion.

TreadBarre and StrideBarre classes combine Pilates-inspired strength-training with cardiovascular interval training on top-of-the-line Woodway 4 Way treadmills. With a constant focus on engaging your core, lengthening your muscles and varying your heart rate, there’s no other HIIT workout like them.

TreadBarre30 and TreadBarre45 classes focus on speed and endurance training solely on the treadmill, offering you cardio-only options at different class lengths to fit your schedule. Tread30 and Tread45 are designed to give you a complete workout in less time, but also pair perfectly with a BarreFormer Pilates class.

BarreFormer Pilates

Balance + Burn

Our signature class – The PilatesBarre’s original balance and burn, 50 minute class on our exclusive BarreFormer. Expect high-intensity, low-impact exercises using spring tension and body weight to sculpt and tone your body.

Every BarreFormer Pilates class combines traditional and modern Pilates movements for an unparalleled workout regardless of your fitness level. With small class ratios, our team can customize each workout to your needs. The result? The most efficient full-body workout.

TreadBarre

Sprint + Sculpt

We train. We tone. We tread. The PilatesBarre TreadBarre classes combine Pilates-inspired strength training with high-intensity training on state-of-the-art Woodway treadmills.

TreadBarre classes are divided up into four sections – two on the treadmill, two on the floor – keeping the class momentum up and energy high. You’ll sprint, sculpt and challenge your body, working up a serious sweat. An ideal HIIT class for all fitness levels.

Crunched for time?

Crunched for time? Enter TreadBarre30: The PilatesBarre’s 30 minute, treadmill-only class that mixes challenging runs, sprints, hill climbs, side shuffles and recoveries. Work up a sweat, test your endurance and crush calories – all in half an hour.

TreadBarre45

All tread, all shred

All tread, all shred. In a TreadBarre45 class you’ll work on speed, endurance and hills at your own pace! Our top of the line Woodway treadmills make you feel like you’re running outside and our music and instructors make you think you’re dancing. Come run this town and never get left behind.

StrideBarre

Walk + Work

Anything but a walk in the park. You’ll walk and work in StrideBarre classes, formatted like TreadBarre where you’ll split your time between Pilates-inspired strength training and cardiovascular intervals on the treadmill.

You’ll keep a swift walking pace as you tackle inclines, backward jogging, side shuffles and a heart-pumping arm series. If you can walk, you can work it in StrideBarre.

Getting Started

Welcome to The PilatesBarre. Congratulations on starting your journey to either further or begin your PilatesBody transformation.

Please create an online profile with us here so we can better serve you! Current email address, phone and home address is important so that we can communicate with you about schedules, new class offerings and promotions. We also love to follow up with you after your first class, so please provide accurate information.

In order to make your first class reservation, you must purchase a session here. Once you have a session in your account, you may then make a reservation for your desired class. If you’re new here, check out our New Client Specials for special offerings.

View our full schedule for all studios online or on The PilatesBarre App. Classes can be booked up to 1 week in advance. Reserving your classes in advance helps you stay committed to your routine!

Class full? Add yourself to the class’s waitlist and as clients cancel their reservation, you will move up on the list. If a space in class opens up, you will be emailed that you have been added prior to the class. Please be mindful when joining a waitlist that you may be added to the class automatically as space allows. Clients on the waitlist may be automatically added to a class up to two hours before the scheduled class and will be also be notified via email. If a spot opens up within two hours of the scheduled class, clients will be called to confirm availability before being added.

If you add yourself to a waitlist, we do everything to add you to the class. If you do not remove yourself from the waitlist within two hours of the scheduled class, are given a spot in the class and then cannot attend, you will be charged a No Show Fee of $20.00 to the card on file. Clients are responsible for managing their own reservation schedule including waitlists, along with maintaining a current client profile to ensure proper communication via text, phone and email.

We kindly ask clients to observe our 12-hour cancellation policy for group fitness classes and our 24-hour cancellation policy for privately scheduled sessions. In order to best serve all our clients, please respectfully cancel your reservation 12 hours in advance to allow space for another client to progress on their fitness journey. Thank you for understanding!

Cancellations of group fitness classes within 12 hours of the class time will result in a Late Cancel Fee of $20.00 charged to the credit card on file. Absences or class cancellations within two hours of the class time will result in a No Show Fee of $20.00 charged to the credit card on file.

Private sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be charged the full private session rate.

All clients are required to wear workout pants that cover their knees in BarreFormer Pilates classes. If you choose to wear shorts to a TreadBarre or StrideBarre class, please make sure the length is appropriate.

BarreFormer Pilates Classes:
All clients are required to wear grip socks during their BarreFormer Pilates classes. Grip socks are available for sale at all of our studios.

TreadBarre, StrideBarre, TreadBarre30 and TreadBarre45 Classes:
All clients are required to wear athletic tennis shoes to their TreadBarre or StrideBarre classes. Please come prepared!

While we like to think group fitness is for all ages, our minimum age requirement is 14 years old. If you are under 14 years of age and would like to join us, please schedule a private session first, so we can ensure your safety. Thank you for understanding.

Email outreach@thepilatesbarre.com to schedule a private session for your underage client. Depending on the client’s strength, and understanding of the equipment, we will determine if they are able to join our group classes.

We can’t wait to see the next generation of Pilates lovers, but if you are heading to a class with us, please secure childcare beforehand. Our staff is not equipped to take care of your children, and we would rather you put all your focus into your workout instead of worrying about your kids. Etiquette

Time

At The PilatesBarre we ask that you show up to class on time and stay the whole time. Lose yourself in the class and embrace the workout for the entire mind and body experience. If you arrive to class 10 minutes late, your space may be given away to a waitlisted client.

Reservations may be released to waitlist clients 4 minutes BEFORE the start of class if you have not signed in or called to let us know you are on the way. Due to safety reasons, clients over 10 minutes late will not be allowed into class.

Footwear

Get a Grip with your socks! Grip socks are required for Pilates and cross trainer tennis shoes are required TreadBarre, StrideBarre, TreadBarre30 and TreadBarre45 classes for safety and sanitary reasons.

Group

At The PilatesBarre, expect group fitness classes with individualized attention to form. We work out as a group and progress as a group! If you prefer to do your own workout, please request a private training session for your own safety. Using cell phones during class can be distracting and disruptive to other clients and your instructor, so please leave your phone in your locker. If you must keep your cell phone nearby for emergencies, please be respectful and use only outside of the studio.

Clean

We want you to stay happy and healthy in our spaces, so please thoroughly wipe down your machines post-workout and return all handles, weights and extra equipment to their correct holders after your class.


Cancellation Policy

To receive a full refund for a cancellation of a reservation, you must cancel your reservation 12 hours before the class is scheduled. Cancel your reservation by logging into your PilatesBarre account and under your Schedule, select “Cancel” next to the class that you wish to cancel.

Early Class Cancellation

You can cancel your reservation by logging into our live online scheduler and canceling your session at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled class time. Your pre-paid session will then remain in your account for the next time you would like to schedule a class.

Late Class Cancellation

Cancellations of group fitness classes within 12 hours of the class time will result in a Late Cancel fee of $20.00. The fee will be charged to the credit card kept on file.

No Show Policy

Absences or class cancellations within two hours of the class time will result in a No Show Fee of $20.00. The fee will be charged to the credit card kept on file.
