Casey was born and raised in Dallas, Texas where she attended Prestonwood Christian Academy and went on to graduate from Baylor University. Casey has always enjoyed working out and visited studios all over Dallas before finding the The TreadBarre and The PilatesBarre. She immediately fell in love because of the challenging, yet rewarding workouts that came with every class as well as the upbeat atmosphere! Casey is excited to meet and get to know her clients and is looking forward to encouraging, motivating and challenging them in their own journey with health and fitness. Casey's passions in life include developing relationships, fitness, wine and trying out new restaurants.
