Kelsey has grown up loving fitness and has always looked for ways to be active! She was a competitive cheerleader for seven years, both at her high school as well as at Spirit of Texas. After graduating, she went to college and cheered at Southern Methodist University and graduated with degrees in Public Relations and International Studies. After a friend recommended The PilatesBarre four years ago, Kelsey took her very first pilates class and immediately loved it! She loved how she could take the strength and flexibility she gained from years of cheerleading and use it to tone her body with the challenging workouts on the barreformer.
