Our Walk + Work class burns major calories by increasing inclines and testing endurance! StrideBarre also incorporates Pilates-inspired strength training like our Sprint + Sculpt classes, using our Pilates chair, springboard + weights.

Sprint + Sculpt classes combine interval cardiovascular treadmill work with Pilates-based resistance training using Pilates chairs, resistance bands, and weights! Work up a serious sweat in this class great for runners and non-runners alike.

Jessie I.Jessie has always enjoyed staying active with different sports, everything from hiking and kayaking to kickboxing and weight training. She competed in three fitness competitions before her career moved her to Dallas. After her move, she decided to find something new that challenges her, and she fell in love with The PilatesBarre and TreadBarre! Jessie enjoys helping people to reach their fitness goals and challenging others to find new limits. When she is not teaching at The PilatesBarre, she enjoys working from her home office, cooking and traveling. Vianey brings her Mexican heritage into the classes through her music and energetic personality. Riley DeaverFlorida born and Texas raised, Riley found The PilatesBarre in the summer of 2023 when her health and wellness journey led her to start taking pilates classes. She immediately fell in love with the culture and atmosphere of the studio and knew she wanted to become more involved at The PilatesBarre. Riley values the form and function of the body--she is knowledgable about the importance of posture in strength training, placing the quality of the exercises over the quantity of the repetitions. She was an avid swimmer and runner in high school and discovered group fitness and outdoor cycling in college. She was an avid swimmer and runner in high school and discovered group fitness and outdoor cycling in college. At every stage of her life she has made fitness a priority and loves to help others see the benefits of doing just that. Although Jaye was raised in San Antonio she always knew Dallas felt like home. After graduating from Texas A&M University she decided to make the move. Shortly after, she discovered The PilatesBarre and hasn’t stopped talking about it since. Riley DeaverFlorida born and Texas raised, Riley found The PilatesBarre in the summer of 2023 when her health and wellness journey led her to start taking pilates classes. She immediately fell in love with the culture and atmosphere of the studio and knew she wanted to become more involved at The PilatesBarre. Riley values the form and function of the body--she is knowledgable about the importance of posture in strength training, placing the quality of the exercises over the quantity of the repetitions. Abbi G.Born and raised in the Dallas area, Abbi was first introduced to The PilatesBarre in 2016 and has loved the studio, workouts, and The PilatesBarre culture since! After graduating from Baylor University and moving back to Dallas a couple years later, she returned to the PilatesBarre, as she felt the difficulty of workout is unmatched in the industry. As a prior dancer, Abbi looked for upbeat music while working out and exercises focusing on toning and strengthening her body. She believes The PilatesBarre and TreadBarre are the perfect combination for this. Abbi is excited to share her passion with clients through being an instructor! Sarah WSarah found The PilatesBarre after graduating from OU and moving back to Dallas. She wanted a part-time job that explored her interest in fitness and working out while she was getting her Masters in Social Work at UTA, so she started working as a front desk associate at the studio. Sarah took her first Pilates class at the studio and hasn’t wanted to work out any other way since! She started taking BarreFormer Pilates or TreadBarre classes almost daily and completely feel in love with it and the TPB Fam.
