Our Walk + Work class burns major calories by increasing inclines and testing endurance! StrideBarre also incorporates Pilates-inspired strength training like our Sprint + Sculpt classes, using our Pilates chair, springboard + weights.

Emma is currently a professional contemporary ballet dancer. Pilates started as a way for her to cross-train when she wasn’t dancing. Her passion for Pilates grew the more she took classes, and Emma fell in love with the PilatesBarre and their challenging yet supportive environment. Now as an instructor, Vianey is excited to help others achieve their own physical goals, be it through cardio at The TreadBarre or by focusing on the toning aspects of The PilatesBarre. Vianey brings her Mexican heritage into the classes through her music and energetic personality.
