Our Walk + Work class burns major calories by increasing inclines and testing endurance! StrideBarre also incorporates Pilates-inspired strength training like our Sprint + Sculpt classes, using our Pilates chair, springboard + weights.

Post grad, she started working remotely and moved to Dallas where she was really looking for a way to meet like-minded people and find community. She found The PilatesBarre and fell in love almost immediately. After showing horses competitively for over 10 years, she was looking for a way to keep those muscle groups toned and Pilates is the best way she found! She is so excited to now be teaching and sharing her passion with our clients! In her classes you can expect a few things: a fun playlist, difficult holds, and a focus on form. When she's not in the studio she's traveling, playing with her dog (Lewy), or drinking margaritas with the girls!

She found The PilatesBarre and The TreadBarre after having her second child and was hooked instantly. She loved the changes to her body and how she was able to get back to pre-baby shape. Now as an instructor, Vianey is excited to help others achieve their own physical goals, be it through cardio at The TreadBarre or by focusing on the toning aspects of The PilatesBarre. Vianey brings her Mexican heritage into the classes through her music and energetic personality. Emma is currently a professional contemporary ballet dancer. Pilates started as a way for her to cross-train when she wasn’t dancing. Her passion for Pilates grew the more she took classes, and Emma fell in love with the PilatesBarre and their challenging yet supportive environment. Fitness has always been a part of Vianey’s lifestyle. She grew up being a gymnast, a swimmer and a triathlete. She found The PilatesBarre and The TreadBarre after having her second child and was hooked instantly. She loved the changes to her body and how she was able to get back to pre-baby shape. Now as an instructor, Vianey is excited to help others achieve their own physical goals, be it through cardio at The TreadBarre or by focusing on the toning aspects of The PilatesBarre. Vianey brings her Mexican heritage into the classes through her music and energetic personality.
