Emily has always had a passion for fitness and a love for supportive communities. After graduating from Texas A&M and moving to Dallas, she fell in love with Pilates for its blend of strength and flexibility. After attending TPB for four years, she trained as an instructor to help others achieve their fitness goals. Emily’s classes are dynamic, energizing, and feature fun playlists with upbeat pop hits and classic throwbacks.
