At The PilatesBarre, you can expect 50-minutes of heart-pumping music, muscle-quivering, total body strengthening, lengthening and toning incorporating the new, exclusive BarreFormer as well as our Spring Boards. Our classes are largely based on the holistic principles of Pilates, but also emphasize the strength training and cardio elements found in other forms of exercise. Using The PilatesBarre method, The PilatesBarre in Dallas provides a unique exercise regimen.
The core of The PilatesBarre training method is the BarreFormer, which represents a significant evolution of the traditional Pilates Reformer.
The BarreFormer provides constant resistance and infinitely more exercise options than a traditional reformer; it allows the body to transition quickly and smoothly from one exercise to another to maintain an increased heart rate and keep the blood pumping.
All muscle groups, from large to small, are strengthened in a non-aggressive, low-impact manner making this workout as good for your muscles as it is for your joints. Your spine stays protected, your mind engaged, and your body pushed to its limits.

In order to book a session, you must first purchase a session. Once you have sessions in your account, you may then begin making your reservations online.

Our schedule is conveniently live online and sessions can be booked up to 1 week in advance. Pick your class and commit to your schedule!
While we like to think group fitness is for all ages, our minimum age requirement is 16 years old. If you are under 16 years of age and would like to join us, please schedule a private session first, so we can ensure your safety. Thank you for understanding. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule your private session. Depending on the client's strength, and understanding of the equipment, we will determine if they are able to join our group classes.
We can't wait to see the next generation of Pilates fans, but for now they are not old enough to be a part of our classes. If you are heading to a class with us, please find someone who can take care of your children. Our staff is not equipped to take care of children and we want you to be able to put all your focus into your workout and not be worried about your kids. We kindly ask clients to observe our 12-hour cancellation policy for group fitness classes and our 24-hour cancellation policy for privately scheduled sessions. In order to best serve all our clients, please respectfully cancel your reservation 12 hours in advance to allow space for another client to progress on their journey. Thank you for understanding!
Cancellations of group fitness classes within 12 hours of the class time will result in a Late Cancel Fee of $5.00 charged to the credit card on file. Absences or class cancellations within two hours of the class time will result in a No Show Fee of $10.00 charged to the credit card on file.
Private sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be charged the full private session rate.
Class full? Sign up for the waitlist and as clients cancel their reservation, you will be emailed that you have been added to the class! Please be mindful when joining a waitlist that you may be added to the class automatically as space allows. Clients on the waitlist may be automatically added to a class up to two hours before the scheduled class and will be also be notified via email. If a spot opens up within two hours of the scheduled class, clients will be called to confirm availability before being added.
If you add yourself to a waitlist, we do everything to add you to the class. If you do not remove yourself from the waitlist within two hours of the scheduled class, are given a spot in the class and then cannot attend, you will be charged a No Show Fee of $10.00 to the card on file. Clients are responsible for managing their own reservation schedule including waitlists, along with maintaining a current client profile to ensure proper communication via text, phone and email.
Footwear: All clients are required to wear grip socks during their Pilates Sessions. Grip socks are available for sale at all of our studios.
Attire: All clients are required to wear workout pants that cover their knees. Pants that cover your knees are required in ALL classes at The PilatesBarre.
Be on time. Stay the whole time. 50 minutes dedicated solely to YOU! Lose yourself in the class and embrace the workout for the entire mind and body experience. If you arrive to class 10 minutes late, your space may be given away to a standby student. Reservations may be released to standby students 4 minutes BEFORE the start of class if you have not signed in or called to let us know you are on the way. Due to safety reasons, clients over 10 minutes late will not be allowed into class.
Get a Grip with your socks! Grip socks are required for Pilates and Cross-Trainers are required for bootcamp barre for safety and sanitary reasons. Whether you are a “foot person” or not, wear your footwear please.
Group Fitness with individualized attention to form. Stay as a group, progress as a group, be a team player! If you want to do your own thing, please request a private training session for your own safety.

Although our workout is the latest and greatest, we’d like to go back to the time when cell phones were rare—talking and texting is pedestrian, please be respectful of your classmates if you must keep your cell phone near by for emergencies.
