At The PilatesBarre, you can expect 50-minutes of heart-pumping music, muscle-quivering, and total body strengthening, lengthening and toning in an encouraging small-group setting. Our classes are largely based on the holistic principles of Pilates, but also emphasize the strength training and cardio elements found in other forms of exercise. Using the method developed by Sebastien Lagree and state of the art Megaformers™, The PilatesBarre provides a unique exercise regimen.
At the core of the Lagree fitness training method is the Megaformer™, which represents a significant evolution of the traditional Pilates reformer.
The Megaformers™ provide constant resistance and infinitely more exercise options than a traditional reformer; it allows the body to shift quickly and smoothly from one exercise to another to maintain increased heart rate and get the blood pumping.
All muscle groups, from large to small, are strengthened in a non-aggressive, non-impact manner making this workout as good for your muscles as it is for your joints. Your spine stays protected, your mind engaged, and your body pushed to its limits.

Please create an online profile with us, so we can better serve you! Current email address, phone and address are important, so we can communicate with you about class openings and special offers.
Purchase a Session.
In order to book a session, you must first purchase a session. Once you have sessions in your account, you may then begin making your reservations online.

Our schedule is conveniently live online and sessions can be booked up to 2 weeks in advance. Pick your class and commit to your schedule!
Please be respectful of our 12 hour cancellation policy. In order to best serve all our clients, please respectfully cancel your reservation 12 hours in advance to allow space for another client to progress on their journey. Thank you for understanding!
At The University Park location, classes not cancelled 12 hours before your scheduled class will be charged a late cancel fee of $5. If you do not late cancel within 2 hours of class or do not show up for class, you will be charged a no show fee of $10.
At The Preston Forest location, classes not cancelled 12 hours before your scheduled class will be charged a late cancel fee of $15. If you do not late cancel within 2 hours of class or do not show up for class, you will be charged a no show fee of $25.
Class full? Sign up for the waitlist and as clients cancel their reservation, you will be emailed that you have been added to the class! Think of the waitlist as actually signing up, we assume you would like to attend every class that you waitlist, so be sure to check your status on the waitlist as class time approaches.
Footwear: All clients are required to wear grip socks during their Pilates Sessions. Grip socks available for sale at the studio. Lightweight flexible cross trainers required for all clients during Bootcamp Barre.
Be on time. Stay the whole time. 50 minutes dedicated solely to YOU! Lose yourself in the class and embrace the workout for the entire mind and body experience. If you arrive to class 5 minutes late, your space may be given away to a standby student.Footwear:
Get a Grip with your socks! Grip socks are required for Pilates and Cross-Trainers are required for bootcamp barre for safety and sanitary reasons. Whether you are a “foot person” or not, wear your footwear please.
Group Fitness with individualized attention to form. Stay as a group, progress as a group, be a team player! If you want to do your own thing, please request a private training session for your own safety.

Although our workout is the latest and greatest, we’d like to go back to the time when cell phones were rare—talking and texting is pedestrian, please be respectful of your classmates if you must keep your cell phone near by for emergencies.
