After Kendall finished her collegiate soccer career and moved back to Dallas, she was in pursuit of a new fitness challenge: a high-intensity and entertaining workout class where she would be surrounded by people looking for the same environment. After hearing about TPB’s TreadBarre classes, she would be hooked. The HIIT treadmill workout mixed with toning floor exercises was exactly what she was looking for. After falling in love with the classes and the community, it only felt right for her to train to become an instructor! In Kendall’s classes you can expect high energy playlists, lots of sprints, as well as a few plank holds (her personal favorite).
